- Warchol Swimwear Manufacturing makes every effort to professionally match color and dye lots as close as possible. We will not be held responsible for any fabric issues such as mismatching, color bleeding, shrinkage, or fading that may occur. Follow washing instructions on the label. Do not wash with chlorine bleach or hot water. Line dry is recommended. Merchandise is guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 30 days from shipping date provided that washing instructions on the label are followed.

The Warchol Swimwear store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- Terms
- All orders must be paid upon ordering on-line.
- Wholesale Terms
All wholesale orders will be sent C.O.D. unless prior arrangements have been made. Net 30 days for established accounts only. All accounts past 30 days will have a 1.75% interest charge added. All acconts past 30 days will be put on Credit Hold, meaning that any further orders would be sent C.O.D. until credit is reestablished. Prices subject to change without notice.
- Ordering
- Since Warchol Swimwear is truly a manufacturer, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery when placing an order. Delivery is based on availability of raw materials that need to be ordered and manufacturing workloads. Cancellation of an order will not be honored once it is put into production which is usually within 48 hours. All samples requested and sent will be invoiced.
- Shipping
- Orders will be shipped "Best Way" unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs are added to invoice.
- Returns
- Please contact Warchol Manufacturing for authorization before returning merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and your account will not be credited. When returning an order, ship via UPS prepaid. Returns sent back C.O.D. will not be accepted. Garments that have return authorizations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to Illinois Department of Health regulations, swimwear is not returnable once it has been worn.
